Enjott Schneider's (b. 1950) Organ Sinfonie No. 6 "Te Deum" was inspired by the music of Bruckner. The first and last movements make extremely good use of the four-note opening bars of the Te Deum. The CD of the full symphony can be ordered and sampled here via JPC.
