Click to enlarge Our third installment in the Bruckner recordings of Heinz Wallberg (1923-2004) features another performance recorded in the 1960's for the Concert Hall Society. None of these recordings have ever been offered on CD. This month we offer the Symphony # 8 that was recorded by the "Vienna National Orchestra." The actual name of the ensemble is the Niederosterreichische Tonkuenstler Orchestra. This recording was transferred off of a Concert Hall pressing. The Te Deum is offered as well.
