October, 2019: Symphony No. 6 / Heinz Roegner / RSO Berlin

About 12 years ago, Audio Magazine in Germany offered a promotional CD that included a complete Bruckner Symphony. The purpose of the release was to demonstrate the audio quality of a recording that was directly taken from the concert master. The performance in question was the Bruckner Symphony No. 6 with the late Heinz Roegner conduction the Radio Symphony Orchestra Berlin. The concert performance was recorded on May 28, 2000.
